Šumperský Majáles
About project
Šumperk Majáles is one of the biggest music festivals in the Šumperk region. Hundreds to thousands of people gather here every year. Performers come from the Czech Republic, Slovakia and other countries, for example Viktor Sheen, Yzomandias, Nik Tendo, Kontrafakt, Rocky Leon and others.
The target group of the festival is mainly young people, so playful and energetic elements were chosen. Because it is a music festival, elements associated with music are added as well.
The logo consists of clean typography, with lines serving as vector accents. There is an underline that highlights the name of the event, and a symbol made up of 4 lines in total. Two of them are curved lines that imitate lightning bolts and convey energy, and two are straight lines that symbolize a path.
Together, the logo suggests that on this event a person travels a path full of music and positive energy.
